We are always looking at new ways to increase our security.

Also, we do not use any third-party tracking cookies or integration with social media. No facebook comment forms, google / apple logins, etc. No embedded third-party files are called from our website frontend.

Analytics

We don’t use any analytics/stats software. This makes SEO difficult and it’s hard for us to know how well our site is performing but working hard and respecting your privacy is more important to us than statistics. Most of the internet uses some kind of Analytics and it’s super useful, but super sketchy as well so we opted to respect our customers and hope we do well in search engines.

Data Sharing

We only keep minimal information. What is saved is only the information you provide us with to ensure you receive your order. We don’t disclose or sell your contact information to anyone. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).

How we respond to governmental requests for data?

If there is ever a request for data, we will instantly ensure it is deleted. We will never hand over our customer info to anyone, including the government. We would rather start a brand new website than compromise our values.

What rights do you have over your data?

You own your data. If you have an account on our site and you want it erased, contact us and we will permanently erase it.

Third Party Service Providers

We use Cloudflare for security, website caching, and minification to increase page speed. We also employ MailChimp to manage our newsletter.

Almost all e-mails are sent automatically, or e-mails that are not addressed to you individually for example newsletters are sent via MailChimp. Read the section “Information Collection and Use” of this policy to know how your data will be collected and sent to MailChimp.

We will not store the newsletter form data on our server and in no other archive than the Mailchimp archive located on the MailChimp server. MailChimp after receiving the data from our server will send you an email to give you the possibility to confirm your subscription to our newsletter. After confirming your subscription your data will be stored in the MailChimp server. Clicking on the confirmation link that MailChimp will send you, they will get your IP address and some log data. Looking at the MailChimp Dashboard and looking on your profile, We will have access to the following data: – Your Email – Your Name – Your activities regarding my newsletter (newsletter receipt, opening, and clicking) – Your Language – Your Location – Your Favorite email client – Your Preferred email format At any time you will be able to cancel your subscription by clicking on the link that MailChimp will include in every newsletter you will receive.
